New York was singing praises for this latest collection. Ruben Singer heated up the fashion week runways with his chic lineof daywear looks. These dresses are inspired by the modern woman. This Russian designer uses his past experience at Oscar de la Renta and Bill Blass to combine unique angle cuts and bold prints in stunning garments. It first debuted in 2007.
