Do you want to dress like your grandmother? Well then pick up a fashion magazine. Or do you want to dress like a sexy fashionista? Keep watching. I'm Christine Ong here with CASHAK.TV Now we bring you Balmain with their 2010 Spring and Summer Collection debuting in Paris. It was started in 1945 by Pierre Balmain and the Paris based fashion house is now being lead by Christophe Decarnin, who strives to reinvent the line with a modern edge, celebrity followers include Kate Hudson as well as Victoria Beckham. It's available at Balmain Boutique in Paris as well as high-fashion shops, You can click our shopping directory for more links, Balmain is known for being outrageously expensive- like $3000 dollars for a jacket, Trends in this collection we see dark colors, grunge glam elements, as well as mesh detailing.

Hitting the runway is this super sexy plunging neckline, gold sequin top, pointed shoulder black leather jacket, 3/4 sleeves, cut off shorts with rip detail and frayed edges, it's completed with lace up, round toe, short boots, it's versatile enough to get you noticed on the street and flashy enough to keep everyone's eyes on you at the club.

Form fitting dark olive dress, notice the bead and tassel detail on the right shoulder, straps run across the chest, circle studs edge and run down the piece, a wrap starts at the bust and twists around to past the hips, a gold ruffled and sequined piece pokes through the left side to add a hint of glam to the look, mysterious dark goldenrod, layered tube dress with lots of details, silver mesh flow around the neck and down to the bodice, reptile texture, black leather corset, with matching mesh starts at the hips and flows past the thigh to create a long free flowing element on the design, styled with ankle high sport boots, this is CASHAK's pick for the best look of the collection, it's got that high-end feel with just enough of that rock n' roll edge.

Ultra chic black band dress, studded cut outs let your flesh tone peak through, asymmetrical neckline, thin links run between the strands, single half length sleeve, short hem, could easily see this look on some glamorous rock star diva.

Next up we see layered dress, Gothic colors, mixed of sequined and solid tone materials, pieces flow down the look in a disorderly fashion to create a very unique look, designer Christophe Decarnin doesn't follow the crowd, he said quote: "I don't concern myself with trends. I design only what I want."

Next up super short shorts, solid black, silver zippers, paired with a thin belt, over the top long sleeve shirt, completely covered in sequins that blend from light to dark tones, racy worn spot details, the designer continues to use the gold mesh, it's a huge trend for this season, we see it wrapped around the neckline to the shoulder, the mix of grunge and glam stand out in this look.

Ravishing high-end dress, irregular cut with frayed edges, sequins, worn out holes, with a ballerina neck, it's another chic dress that's been torn up for those with an edgy attitude, feel like you're wearing a million dollar look in this number, with Balmain's reputation for price, you just might be.

Last up, Balmain brings us this look, the designer steps outside the color palette a little with this design, light pale green, military style coat with service metals, ripped up t-shirt underneath, it's paired with hip hugging leather pants, lace-up the front, zipper pockets, they are a short length which stops just above the short boots, it lets a little skin show through.
